ABOUT MS ALEX

My name is Alexandra Penzini, commonly known as Ms. Alex. I am a passionate bilingual teacher who was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. I have been working with children for the past 10 years and in 2017 I had the opportunity to open up Ms. Alex and the Bright Ones, a fun educational program. I have a daughter named Alesia, who loves playing and participating along with me in educational activities. She is my source of inspiration, my own "BRIGHT ONE."

I discovered my true passion for teaching kids with entertaining and creative lessons as a teenager. When I volunteered at an organization that helped disadvantaged children in Venezuela. Since then, I have interacted with children of all ages in various schools, summer camps, and other educational programs for more than ten years. For the past five years, I have worked as a VPK, Pre-K 3, and Pre-K 2 teacher in Florida.

Ms. Alex & The Bright Ones deliver activities that are designed to work in all areas of development while incorporating innovative and classic learning techniques to engage young minds. In addition, children learn to socialize with peers from other schools, learn to take turns, share, manage their feelings, and other important social-emotional skills. Through play, children develop the confidence, creativity, curiosity, and learning competencies they need for life.
